Developing Craft -My experience using unusual media is amazing because I never work with this type of media and was very interesting how you need to use your imagination to make a cool story and to place the media in a way that make sense.
For me, using the different media was great, however, it was unexpected since I was used to using the ordinary class media. It was dificult to try and be creative due to the possibilities being so immense. In the end, the project came out great thanks to the the effort my group put in.
Using the unusual toys was a great experience because I had never done anything like it before I was useto the usual media we use in a typical art class like paper and paint. It was very fun and interesting to use something different it made our art more creative and fun to do.
It was the wedding of the future King and Queen of Iceland Peter and Alice. They had a 3-month old baby named William, they were planning on baptising him on the day of their wedding as well. The arrangements, ballroom, and church reception were all ready. The bride was in the carriage arriving to the door of the church. The soldiers were ready in the aisle's to welcome the bride while the groom was waiting up front with the priest. The music began, while the bride walked gracefully down the aisle holding her baby in her arms. The crowd of family members, friends, and anyone and everyone that knew this couple of Iceland were simply admiring the bride natural glowing beauty. The priest began the mass for the ceremony as the bride finally arrived next to her husband Peter. After the wedding ceremony finished the babies baptism ceremony was next. Fianlly, after both the ceremonies were done with Alice held her baby in her arms while holding hands with Peter walking down the aisle out the church. Outside the thousands of people waited to greet and wish the happy couple a happy and wonderful marriage. Their family and other people cheered and shouted, tossing flower pedals at the newly married couple and the future King, Queen and Prince of Iceland.
I kind of liked the new environment and background that the wedding had it was more natural, it fit the idea of Iceland. I simply would of loved to have been there applying my own ideas to the installation but sadly that could not happen. However, I was pleased with what was done with it in the end.

ReplyDeleteEnvision, I believe, was a greatly significant part of this project because it deveolped the over all idea of what we, as a group, created.
